Tender Love by Force MDs, Feel the Funk by Immature, I Cry by Flo Rida, Love’s Train by Silk Sonic, Already Won by Rod Wave, Hurricane by Kanye West/The Weeknd are equally my hardest hitters.

 

What is one of your favorite quotes?

“Use it up... Wear it out... Make it do... Or do without.” It was a slogan coined in 1943 during World War II to promote conserving scarce resources and helping to keep prices down by not generating excess demand. My grandparents lived through the Depression and showed me how they truly lived by this concept. Nowadays, we call that ‘repurposing’ and it’s a pretty great concept to keep in mind 80 years later!

 

What is your all-time favorite movie or book?

There is no one on earth who can recite the lines of Overboard or Troop Beverly Hills better than me. Ohh, you want to jam out to Cookie Time? Let’s be best friends!

 

If you had a superpower, what would it be?

My 5 year-old self says being a Popple to hop all around! (IYKYK) My adult self say Telekinesis to channel things like Matilda and make cigarettes boomerang right back to people who throw them on the ground.

 

What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?

My sweetheart proposed on Valentine’s Day so the sparkler he so thoughtfully hand-picked tops all else. A friend recently gave me a “That’s So 90’s Pop” adult activity/quiz/coloring book and that gem is in a close second!

 

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

YouTube- I thrive on learning new, random, thought provoking things on there every chance I get!

If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would it be?

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?

I’d buy floor seats to EVERY big summer concert and book a vacation in the Maldives in one of those huts over the water, complete with an epic waterslide to get into the water and an ice luge for margaritas around the clock!

 

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Learning to fall asleep before 1am

 

What is your favorite form of exercise?

Peloton bike with my favorite instructor/spirit animal, Alex Toussaint!

This question was asked at The Office trivia before I was a host and my husband’s ridiculous answer had me on the floor. The CNP question: “Which former fashion model designed a clothing line of Jan’s favorite blouses?” His (for real) answer: Paula Abdul … and it was then that I realized I should just host trivia instead of dragging him out to be my not-always-so-helpful partner lol
